Pevco provides comprehensive pneumatic tube system training and certification so your team of technicians can keep your system operating efficiently 24/7.
- Offered at our Baltimore and Houston facilities, our classes teach the skills required to monitor traffic, resolve user errors, and replace worn parts –keeping your system running smoothly.
- Pevco Atlas Software Certification provides in-depth training on software configuration, fault troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Hardware Maintenance Certification provides hands-on training on preventative maintenance, equipment diagnosis and component adjustment and replacement.
- Completing Factory Training for both Software and Hardware Certification are recommended.
- We also offer customized on-site classes for up to 10 employees based on your facility’s particular system configuration and standard operating procedures.
Factory Training – Pevco AtlasTM Software Certification
Description: Provides in-depth training in software operation and advanced troubleshooting.
Who it’s for: This 3½-day class is recommended for staff who use and interact with Pevco Atlas software and are responsible for tube system monitoring, fault resolution and system troubleshooting.
Note: Class size limited to 12. Dates may be subject to change or cancellation. Please check back for updates. Additional training class dates may be requested by calling us at 800-296-7382. Class cost: $1,400 per person. Travel/Lodging not included in class cost – Attendees are responsible for personal travel/lodging arrangements.
Factory Training - Pevco Atlas™ Software Certification

Factory Training – Hardware Maintenance Certification
Description: Provides hands-on experience with pneumatic tube system equipment maintenance. Basic system theory, device board identification and troubleshooting are reviewed.
Who it’s for: This 3-day class is recommended for staff who are responsible for tube system equipment maintenance and repair, including equipment troubleshooting. Please note, software training is not included in this class.
