- Our factory-trained technicians can answer system operation questions, troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend spare parts and maintenance programs.
- Pevco technicians can access hospitals’ system control software over the Internet to view and resolve faults or guide hospital facility professionals to fix them.
- Most problems can be resolved remotely. If needed, Pevco will dispatch a technician to fix the issue on-site.
