Customer Support Assistant – Baltimore, MD

The Customer Support Assistant provides administrative support to the Customer Support team. Schedule: Full-time.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Billing and collection for Customer Support related sales
  • Processes customer service and planned maintenance tickets from field technicians
  • Data entry and information tracking
  • Log and distribute information related to service support inquiries
  • File and maintain departmental documents
  • Create customer related correspondence
  • Coordinate on-site customer training events
  • Serve as back up to Receptionist

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting practices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively
