Sales Representative – Baltimore, MD

The Sales Representative is primarily responsible for consulting with existing and potential customers to gain feedback on product performance in order to determine potential additional services that may raise their level of satisfaction. Schedule: Full-time.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Travel to health care facilities throughout the country to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Create sales opportunities by evaluating customer needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with sales management, customer support leadership and system designers to ensure efficient workflows and optimal customer outcomes
  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals
  • Communicate with customers after project completion to ensure their satisfaction and assure proper operation of equipment
  • Follow through and report on potential leads and customer inquiries
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in a CRM database

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Education and Experience Required

  • Experience in health care construction a plus
