Customer Support Assistant – Baltimore, MD
The Customer Support Assistant provides administrative support to the Customer Support team. Schedule: Full-time.
Essential Responsibilities
- Billing and collection for Customer Support related sales
- Processes customer service and planned maintenance tickets from field technicians
- Data entry and information tracking
- Log and distribute information related to service support inquiries
- File and maintain departmental documents
- Create customer related correspondence
- Coordinate on-site customer training events
- Serve as back up to Receptionist
Required Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively
